Now retired, Lois remains active. She began serving with HCJB Global (now Reach Beyond) in 1969. She served at the mission headquarters in Miami, Florida, in various secretarial roles until transferring to the Technology Center in Elkhart, Indiana, in 1992. She currently compiles data and statistics for the Technology Center, now SonSet Solutions.

Reach Beyond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that adheres to ECFA standards and accepts gifts subject to donor designations. However, in accordance with IRS requirements, all gifts are given to and must be treated as belonging fully to Reach Beyond and are subject to its control and discretion.
