As Dutch missionaries with Reach Beyond, they are working with community development in Shell. Wim started as an clean water technician, but leads now the Community Development department in Ecuador. Nienke supports Community Development with her administration skills. Both of them play an important role in the Fast Track Community Development training program (formerly CHILI). They have 3 young children; Santiago, Jeftha and Caleb.
