Duane and Cheri Birkey began serving with Reach Beyond in 1993. They worked in Quito Ecuador for 14 years before being asked to relocate to the U.S. Office in Colorado Springs in 2007.

Duane is part of the Creative Services team. Duane manages Reach Beyond's website, digital asset management platform, training platform, print production and historical archives. Duane also serves as a photographer, and the Mission Historian.

Reach Beyond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that adheres to ECFA standards and accepts gifts subject to donor designations. However, in accordance with IRS requirements, all gifts are given to and must be treated as belonging fully to Reach Beyond and are subject to its control and discretion.
