Paul and Erica joined the ministry of  Reach Beyond full time in October 2004.  Paul, now retired is involved in the Broadcast Services Department at SonSet Solutions, Inc., located in Elkhart, Indiana.

SonSet Solutions, Inc., works with partners around the world setting up local radio stations for the broadcast of the gospel.  Nationals are equipped with the radio tools and training they need to broadcast the gospel to their own people in their own heart language.

Paul specifically works with nationals in determining their equipment needs, whether it is starting a new station, upgrading their existing station, or troubleshooting problems they are having with their equipment.  When equipment is ordered, he secures and tests it in addition to packing and shipping it overseas.  Broadcasts are going out on almost 400 partner stations in about 100 countries.

Erica, on loan to SonSet Solutions from Reach Beyond, is working in ministry partner development - helping the missionaries at SonSet Solutions to continue to develop financial partners and train new candidates in how to do fundraising.
