Tim is the director of Apoyo, a ministry which supports pastors and leaders in their personal and ministry development by means of training programs and individual mentoring. Apoyo has team members and facilitators in Ecuador, Cuba and Peru. Onilda’s passion is mentoring, prayer groups and transcultural missionary mobilization from Latin America to least reached people groups. Tim and Onilda currently live in La Habana. Their two young adult children, Mikela and Javier, live in the USA.
