HCJB Ecuador, a radio and media ministry in Quito, Ecuador, needs a building manager for our new office and studio building. It is a five-story building used for audio and video recording and live broadcasts as well as in-person events.  Our vision is to maximize the space for events for listeners and donors and to increase income from external customers.

The position requires coordinating maintenance, security, leasing of spaces, budget and reserves, contingency planning, and emergency planning. Current outside contracts to manage are cleaning services, adjacent parking lot usage, and security guards.

Requirements:

• Live in Quito, Ecuador and attend work in-person
• Attention to detail and a mindset of service
• Cooperative attitude and functions well in a team
• Strong communication skills with external clients and internal building users
• A working knowledge of Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Language school is available for full-time missionaries before starting the role.
• Raise your support and/or be self-funded.
