Do you have:

• A passion for working “side by side” with the local church in the formation of their leaders
• Commitment to journey with leaders in their development as a whole person including Biblical knowledge, ministry skills, Christian character and healthy relationships
• Enjoyment of team teaching, interactive learning and facilitating small groups
• Cross cultural skills for working with an international team and various ethnic groups within Ecuador
• Fluency in Spanish
• Willingness to travel and teach in unfavorable conditions
• Experience as a pastor or ministry leader
• Have completed theological and ministerial studies

This is a long-term missionary position that requires raising your own financial support.

All candidates must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.
