SERVE REFUGEES IN ATHENS, GREECE

April 10-20, 2026

A short-term mission trip for medical professionals

Overview

Join Reach Beyond for a 10-day trip to Athens, Greece, where refugees from across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia have gathered seeking safety and a new beginning. You’ll come alongside local believers and ministry workers who are faithfully serving refugees day in and day out—offering medical care, emotional support, and the hope of Christ.

This trip isn’t just about providing short-term medical help. It’s about strengthening and encouraging those already serving on the front lines and learning how God is at work among the nations gathered in Greece.

What You’ll Do

Participants will:

• Offer basic medical care and wellness support to refugees in partnership with local ministries.
• Encourage and pray with long-term workers serving refugees every day.
• Visit local outreach areas and learn about ongoing ministry efforts in Athens.
• Build relationships through conversation, shared meals, and listening to stories.
• Reflect daily as a team on what God is teaching you about His heart for the nations.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome a variety of medical professionals—physicians, nurses, therapists, counselors, and allied health practitioners—who have a heart for cross-cultural service and relational ministry. You don’t have to be an expert in refugee care. We’re looking for people who are:

• Compassionate and flexible
• Team-oriented and teachable
• Willing to listen, encourage, and serve however needed
