Office Manager
Are you called to use your administrative skills in missions to further the kingdom of God?

Are you happy in a smooth-running office and flexible enough when it hits bumps in the international road?
We are looking for an Office Manager for our North Africa Middle East (NAME) regional office in southern Spain. The office is in one of the poorest areas of Spain and even though the focus is ministry into NAME, there are additional ministry opportunities in Spain. The Office Manager provides administrative support to the North Africa/Middle East team in addition to performing clerical and financial duties for the region.Responsibilities include:
- General accounting, bookkeeping, processing, and reporting for the region and entities.
- Creates and maintains files and financial databases.
- Provides administrative support to the NAME Regional Director and NAME staff members including creation and maintenance of files.
- Answers regional inquiries when the Regional Director is out of the office.
- Interfaces with the mission's Development, and Communications Departments on project status and news from the region.
- Works closely with the NAME Regional Director and the CFO in the annual budget process.
- Composes correspondence.
- Maintains contact with donors to the region to thank them and to keep them engaged.
- Works closely with the Regional Director to maintain all regional policies up to date and to maintain an accurate inventory of all property in the region.
- Greets visitors, answers phone, and coordinates all office events.
Requirements include:
- HS Diploma and at least two years of clerical and/or bookkeeping experience, preferably in an executive setting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite and bookkeeping abilities.
- Excellent English and functional Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to interact professionally with upper and executive mission management and able to create correspondence from verbal instructions.
- Commitment to serving long-term as a missionary in this role.
- Ability to raise your missionary support and/or be self-funded.
All missionary candidates must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.
